01Agreeing to these terms

This website is run by Xterra Edze Private Limited, trading as Xterra Edze ("we", "us"). By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

02Using the site

You may browse the site, share links to it and print or save pages for your own reference. You agree not to:

  • break, probe or overload the site, or get around any security measure — except under our vulnerability disclosure policy;
  • scrape, harvest or bulk-download content, or use it to train or fine-tune an AI model, without our written permission;
  • send spam, malware, or anything unlawful, defamatory or infringing through our forms;
  • pretend to be us, or suggest we endorse you.

03Our content and marks

The text, design, code, imagery arrangement and graphics of this site are ours or used under licence, and are protected by copyright. Xterra Edze® is a registered trademark. Photographs are used under the Unsplash licence and credited in the site's source. The Intellectual Property page explains what you may and may not do with our name and marks.

Names and logos of technologies shown on the site belong to their owners. Showing them means we work with those technologies — not that we are partners with, or endorsed by, their owners.

04Information, not an offer

Descriptions of services, packages, timelines and outcomes are general information. Typical durations and ranges are indicative. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance: we are bound only by a proposal or agreement we sign.

05What you send us

When you send us an enquiry, brief or application, you confirm the information is yours to share and accurate. We handle it as the Privacy Notice describes. Please do not send confidential material until an NDA or agreement is in place; unsolicited ideas are received without any duty of confidence.

07No warranty

We work to keep the site accurate, secure and available, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it is complete, error-free, uninterrupted or free of harmful components.

08Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or opportunity, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.

09Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any right you have under consumer-protection law to bring a claim where you live.

10Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version and date at the top will change. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Questions: connect@xterraedze.com.
