Capability 04 · Borrowed trust, handled carefully
The brand is not the star. The conversation is.
Social & Influencer Activation places brands inside conversations that already exist. Creators chosen on audience evidence rather than follower count, briefs that leave their voice intact, contracts and disclosure handled properly, and measurement that separates paid reach from real lift.
For each creator the panel shows audience overlap with your followers and with the rest of the shortlist, a disclosure history check, a brand-safety review and the usage rights, ending in shortlist, reserve or hold.

Six steps from a list of names to a measured activation
Selection, brief, contract, content, amplification and measurement. Skip one and an activation becomes a payment with no evidence attached.

How it runs · 4 stages
Choose slowly, then move fast
Most activations fail in selection and briefing. Both are done properly before a single creator is approached.

In practice · rights matrix
Before anything goes live, the matrix says who owns what, and for how long.
Each creator’s deliverables, disclosure and usage rights sit in one view, so paid teams only boost what they are cleared to, and nothing runs past its term. Built to ASCI influencer guidelines and the FTC endorsement guides.

What changes
Creators you can reuse, content you are allowed to.
Measured on reach that converts and on content cleared for paid use. Aims against your baseline, not guarantees.
-
Creators chosen on evidence
Audience overlap, engagement quality and authenticity checks replace follower count as the reason to work with someone.
-
Content you are allowed to reuse
Usage rights, exclusivity and approvals settled in the contract, so the strongest asset can run as paid media the same week.
-
A number you can defend
Holdout or matched-market tests separate what the activation added from what would have happened anyway.
Tools we work in
Briefed, tracked, and paid for in the open.
The briefing, tracking and commerce tools activation runs on. Named as tools we use, not partnerships. AI shortlists creators; a person approves every one.

Frameworks we build to
Disclosed, consented and fair to the creator.
Rules every creator post and audience list is checked against. We build to them; they are not certifications we hold.

Questions
Asked about activation, answered plainly.
Anything else, ask us directly. The first conversation is about your goal, not our credentials.
01Micro or macro creators?
It depends on the job. Macro creators buy reach and credibility in one move; micro and niche creators usually deliver better engagement, lower cost per action and more trust inside a specific community. Most activations use a mix, and your audience data decides the split.
02How do you check a creator is genuine?
Audience overlap with your customers, follower growth patterns, engagement and comment quality, past brand work and content history. Anything that looks bought is dropped before contact.
03Who owns the content the creator makes?
Whatever the contract says, which is why it is written carefully. Deliverables, usage duration, channels, paid amplification and exclusivity are agreed up front and recorded per asset.
04How do you handle disclosure rules?
Paid partnerships are labelled. Briefs and contracts carry the disclosure obligation, platform labels are used, and every post is checked at publication. In India that follows the ASCI influencer guidelines; in the United States the FTC endorsement guides; other markets are checked before launch.
05What if a creator becomes a problem?
Brand-safety criteria, conduct clauses and a takedown route are written into the contract, and the escalation path is agreed with your legal team before the activation starts.

Creators start the talk. These two keep it going.
Each capability stands on its own. These two are the ones activation most often runs alongside.
