Capability 02 · Native to the platform
Posting is not a presence. Build one people come back to.
Social Media Marketing runs your always-on presence: a platform strategy that respects how each feed actually works, content pillars in native formats, community management with agreed response times, and reporting that connects social to search, site and sales.
An illustrative post composer: one idea rebuilt for LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok, each with its own frame ratio, first-line hook, caption length, publishing slot and accessibility checks.

What we do · 6 parts
Six habits that make a feed worth following
Each platform gets its own format, cadence and measure. Nothing is cross-posted without being rebuilt for where it lands.

01
Platform & channel strategy
Which platforms earn your time, what each one is for, and the cadence and format mix that fits how its audience behaves.

02
Content pillars & native formats
Three to five pillars produced as short video, carousels, stills and text written for each feed, rather than one asset resized six ways.

03
Always-on calendar & publishing
A monthly calendar, approvals in one place, scheduled publishing, and a reactive slot kept free for what actually happens this week.

Community management
Moderation, replies and escalation against agreed response times, with a tone guide and a route for anything that needs legal or support.

Ghostwriting and coaching for the leaders and specialists whose own accounts reach further than the brand page.

Listening & reporting
Share of voice, sentiment, saves and shares tracked next to branded search, site and pipeline data, reviewed every month.

How it runs · 4 stages
Six weeks to launch, then a monthly rhythm
The first month is deliberately small: enough posts to learn what the audience returns for, before the calendar is set.

In practice · platform matrix
One pillar, rebuilt for every feed it lands in.
Nothing is cross-posted. Each platform gets its own format, rhythm, measure and reply target, and the matrix is the agreement the team works to.
| Platform | Native format | Cadence | Measure | Reply target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Document post, 8 slides | 3 a week | Saves + profile visits | Same day | |

What you get
A presence you can run without us in the room.
Platform playbooks, the pillar templates, the community response guide and the reporting view all stay in your accounts.

What changes
People come back. Then they come through.
Social is judged on return visits and what it sends to search, site and sales. Aims against your baseline, not guarantees.
-
A feed with a reason to follow
Pillars people recognise, in the formats each platform rewards, instead of announcements nobody asked for.
-
Replies that do not go cold
Agreed response times, a tone guide and a clear escalation route make community management a service rather than a scramble.
-
Social tied to the business
Saves, shares and sentiment reported alongside branded search, site visits and pipeline, not in isolation.
Tools we work in
Planned in one place. Published where people are.
The planning, publishing and listening tools social runs on. Named as tools we use, not partnerships. AI suggestions sit behind a person’s approval.

Frameworks we build to
Accessible posts, lawful audiences.
Frameworks social content and audience data are checked against. We build to them; they are not certifications we hold.

Start a project
Ways to engage. Same team, same standard.
Three ways in, from a two-minute question to a formal RFQ. Each is read in full by the lead for the work, and anything already in your brief goes with it.
Or book a thirty-minute call-

For a first conversation, a press request, or anything that does not need a scope yet.
You get A reply from a lead, not a sales queue

Goals, audiences, a budget band and timing. Enough for us to come back with a shape, not only questions.
You get Options and a first scope after one call

You get Receipt confirmed and a named bid lead

Questions
Asked about social, answered plainly.
Anything else, ask us directly. The first conversation is about your goal, not our credentials.
01Which platforms should we be on?
The ones where your buyers already spend attention and where you can sustain the format. Two platforms run well beat six run badly, and the audit says which two.
02How fast do you reply to comments?
Response targets are set per channel and severity in the community plan, with an escalation path for complaints, safety issues and anything legal or medical.
03Do you use AI for social content?
For research, variants, captions, alt text, subtitles and first-pass moderation triage. A person edits and approves everything before it publishes, and voice is checked against the tone guide.
04Can you work with our in-house team?
Yes. We often run strategy, production standards and reporting while your team publishes and replies, or take community management while they keep the creative.
05What about paid social?
Organic and paid are planned together but bought separately. Boosting, audiences and creative testing sit in Performance Marketing, so spend is measured against outcomes rather than engagement.

A feed is the start. These two widen the circle.
Each capability stands on its own. These two are the ones social most often runs alongside.
